That's like arguing about which game is the best ever. No one will ever agree. Not to mention, most people haven't played either E.T. or Superman 64...so most just say what the public says.

Not sure I can really narrow it down, but one "type" of game blows almost as a whole category, TV/Movie based games. I don't meant they don't live up to the TV/Movie, but quality wise and playability wise they generally stink cow balls.

I can't think of a game based off a TV/Movie that was great and can hardly think of any that are good, but that's a different topic.

I'm sure there are plenty more that I have failed to mention. You do have a point though...for every good Movie to Game adaptation we get about 20 shitty ones. So there it is.

Custers Revenge. I haven't played it, only seen it being played, and that pixelated porn was the death of so many games in that time. Just poor.

Well they just remade it, and made 2 sequels for it...all in one package. Escape from somethin' Athena I think haha. I don't even like the games, but I hear they're REALLY good for FPS fans. Not my deal though.

There were a few decent Movies to Games adaptations on the NES though.
